In you're life time, you need to head over to Cape Town South Africa.I got to go a month ago, representing for Adidas during the world cup at their Three Stories event space. The only bad thing about this trip, I only had a day and a half to take it all in before I headed off to Johannesburg aka JoBurg for my adidas gig over there... But before we get to the gig itself, lets take a few more looks at the environment. Shut down your ideas of how Capetown might be. It is a truly cosmopolitan city, with beautiful views and nice people. A comparative world city - that would be miami... with mountains. So its even better.

The only constant in life is change. Way back in The only constant in life is change. Way back in 2021, like many #djs and lovers of music, our focus turned to #livestream shenanigans on @twitch. Around March of that year, yours truly, @lestalusan and @mikecmusic started a #raidtrain dedicated to our love of all things #newwave. A lot of times we would have guest join us in our musical exploration, but at least once a month for the last 5+ years, at least us 3 got jumped on #twitch to play music for ya'll. This upcoming Monday August 31st will be the last time @mikecmusic closes out the raid train as one of the regular not ready for prime time players. The final schedule Will be announced shortly, we will go from 8pm est til??? @mikecmusic was notorious for going into the wee hours of the morning. We hope you guys will help us end this chapter with a bang...
One of the first things I did when I started comin One of the first things I did when I started coming to Japan was visit the @g_base_tokyo in odaiba. Just seeing a real life size robot was... Insane. Unfortunately August 31st will be it's last day based in odaiba. Unsure what the future holds for this real life mecha. It will a sad day for my fellow nerds. If you are in Japan, ya'll should see it before it's gone.... #gundam #japan #tpkyo.
Last week I returned to Hawaii right when hurrican Last week I returned to Hawaii right when hurricane lala landed. As you see, my building got flooded, and even worse my building was one of the ones that lost power for multiple days.  During a power outage, I don't have running water - so can't go to the bathroom, no showers and probably worst of all... I gotta go down and up 27 flights of stairs.  Annnd because I had a flight to Japan, and to do this 27 floors with luggage in tow.  Still all in all, what I went thru was a MINOR inconvenience compared to many.  People loss their homes, their possessions, suffered injuries and there was at least one direct casualty.  And although that trip down the stairs sucked... All I got was sore arms.  Some people are still without power... Speaking of which...Gary Indiana has been without power for multiple days.  Please scroll thru the carousel. If you have ever come to Hawaii and enjoyed the land, the people who call this land home could use your help. One of the #reposts is from @hawaiimutualaid who has set up a fund to verified ohana and local businesses. The other is from @chestergregory who addresses ways to help out Gary Indiana during their time of need. If you are able too, there are folks in need of financial help. Lord knows that I know times is tough, so please take care of yourselves first and formost. Before covid, one of the things we were focusing o Before covid, one of the things we were focusing on was our @livelikepoh #fosterdog work. But the birth of @babylilisworld and our constant traveling made it impossible to continue. These last 2 years have been a lot of change, one of them being that my headquarters stateside is now in Hawaii. And when I'm on the island, I've decided to pick up where I left off, and start fostering animals again. Pictured here are a couple of shots of a very handsome pup named ZEN, who is being cared for by @the_oahu_spca. He is a bulldog mix - I'm not sure of his age, but in some aspects he still acts like a youngster, so he still needs work with potty training and does get a little mouthy when excited. He is very very sweet, loves kisses, isn't dog or cat reactive, and was getting compliments everytime I took him for a walk. If you are looking for a new best friend who will turn heads, please consider this little nugget ZEN. #ADOPTDONTSHOP #HAWAII #OAHU #DOGS

While I'm in town, I always like to do something that will benefit the local community in a direct way. And some of ya'll should remember when I was traversing the US of A with my dog @pohthedogsbigadventure. So one of the things I like to do is a #doggiedaytrip with @the_oahu_spca. Here's a quick Pic of my buddy pinky on our trip to kailua beach. He has had a rough beginning, found covered in mange. But the word around town is he is currently in a foster to adopt situation.
