A Charity Event for Mental Health America of Hawaii
The 2014 Poses emPOWER proceeds and ticket sales will benefit Mental Health America of Hawaii’s Pono Youth Program, which prevents youth suicide and bullying, and promotes mental health among college students. This active-lifestyle entertainment event will be filled with yoga, music, amazing food and drinks.
As a yoga practitioner and a music lover, this is definitely going to be something different and fun. If you are in Honolulu, come thru, I’ll be DJing the Yoga class while Instructor Dorian gets ya in the right positions. Sun Salutations for everyone!
There are many classes throughout the day , I’ll be DJing from 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM in the Ball Room for Soul Flow Dorian & Neil Armstrong , and also at Addiction nightclub from 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM FOR GLOW FLOW with Coco and Lehua.

My mind though is still 2 oceans away in Hawaii, where I got to chill out with its wildlife up colse and personal when Emily and I swam with some Turtles.
It was pretty trippy. I said to emily – Hey, take a pick of me standing on this rock… I think its a rock. BUT THEN. It moved.
Turns out there was a whole school of turtles just chillin on the north shore with us. One of them kept following emily. She calls him joey.
With Our Trusty CANON S90 we caught the whole thing… Peep it below…

Which reminds me, that in exactly a week I’m returning to Hawaii to Celebrate my Bday / Rock for y’all .
I figure before I do that it would be nice to reminisce on when I was last there in april for the Architechs 10 YR anniversary party.
It was fun in the sun, surfing, good music, good scenery, good food and good peoples…
I even got to test out Emmulate’s Canon S90 with underwater case capabilities
And one of my partygoers Jodee actually flew in from the big island just to party with me, and brought me some Freeze dried Ice cream – she works for an astronomy type spot ;)
I pretty much ate the whole thing that nite back at my hotel ;)
