Just wanted to invite you this Wednesday to an event benefiting the Stoked action sports programs for under-served youth in NYC.

Stoked on Spring will feature works from prominent fine artists, photographers, and street artists. The event will also include a variety of non-art items such as beauty and wellness packages, culinary classes and meals at some of New York City’s finest restaurants, passes to one-of-a-kind events, and vacation getaways!

Stoked, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, was founded on the belief that the courage and perseverance needed to learn action sports would be an ideal way to teach those life skills to youth from disadvantaged urban communities. Stoked receives its funding from individuals, corporations, foundations, and special events annually. Founded in 2005 by Steve Larosiliere and Sal Masekela, the organization operates in both New York and Los Angeles.

Stoked’s mission is to empower youth from under-served communities to achieve a more successful future by providing programs based in action sports culture that result in personal development, academic achievement, positive relationships, and a healthy lifestyle.
