I will never financially recover from this. Altho I will never financially recover from this. Although I've lived in japan and been going back and forth for a good 12 years now, this was my first time digging in #osaka. One of the areas down here is very similar to #shimokitazawa up in #tokyo, full of vintage shops, young fashionable folks, and #recordstores. This footage is from what might as well be the mecca of Osaka spots. A total of 6 stores in the same building, and about 30 stores in a 10 block radius. Not gonna gatekeep this one (cause I'm a nice guy and also all this info is easily obtainable if U know how to use Google), but I gotta play the algorithm game - comment "I'm a noob put me on" and I'll send ya the whole Osaka record store map to ya DMs. For my #vinylheads, proceed with caution if your wallet is on empty. This area got it all from the #dollarbin spots to the mid-level expensive to the upper tier #recordsbeforerent joints. I myself found a bunch of records with zero sales listing on discogs that were calling to me like a mermaid calls a stupid sailor to their doom. Just fyi - If you are looking for #reggae and #citypop... Before I left we went to the @pignic_cafe and had a blast giving them snacks and getting our legs smothered by a gang of them, like a real live #pigblanket.
