Ya'll could use a break from the craziness of these days. I got the call up from Apple Music to drop a little mix for LowKey's Hip Hop R&B throwback show. Being broadcast now at /music.apple.com/us/curator/hip-hop-r-b-throwback-radio-with-lowkey/1496850492 According to apple a "throwback is anything between 1990's to 2017". I kept it mostly late 90s/2000s club hits to keep it light. Take a trip back when the drink of choice was Incredible Hulks.

I flew back to #nyc from Japan just to go to an @n I flew back to #nyc from Japan just to go to an @nba finals game. I ended up getting to see 2 of them. I wanted to be part the @nyknicks #nyc energy. Ya'll see what's happening out there in the big apple! I really wanted to stay till the end... To see that next win, to watch these @nyknicks parade down the canyon of heroes.... But I had someone back home I would chose to share this love of mine with more then anyone in the world. Me and @babylilisworld just made a core memory, watching game 5, the closeout game together here in Japan, just me and her :). Our first championship viewing party :). The timing couldn't be more perfect. If it was on a weekday we couldn't have seen it happen together because she would have been in school. Me and the little lady had a date with destiny... Besides that... Ya boy is broke after splurging all week. So I need to get back to regular life - I'm gonna be jumping on @twitch for #rnbonasunday tonite! This has been a crazy week. I've been on and off p This has been a crazy week. I've been on and off planes, flew All the way from Japan to Honolulu to NYC TO San Antonio just to see the @nyknicks do they thing in person for this @nba finals. My job as a #dj has allowed me in the past and recently to be around some @nyknicks heroes. 1st picture is me back in 2010 at the NBA rookie photoshoot when a young @jlin7 had been drafted by @warriors. 2nd Pic is one flick I never thought I would get. Despite me seeing @carmeloanthony perform at the garden in person probably hundreds of times over the years, I have never been able to meet him and chop it up in person, til a few weeks ago at @thecompound_ during an #nbaeasternconferencefinals viewing party. And now in the podcast space, we gonna get to see them together on @7pminbrooklyn. I'm not a big podcast guy but I'll be tuning in to this convo for sure. And finally, I just put a picture up of one of my personal experiences at @thegarden to take up some space so that the intro to #welcometonewyorkcity could finish. This is from the night I performed with #mrcarter #jayz on 9/11/09, friggin 17 years ago. 📸 By @13thwitness How time flies... That was a historic night for me. Tonite, the @nyknicks trying to get another W to get that chip. This will be my last chance to witness history in person at the garden this season.... Still basking in the glow of a friggin crazy night Still basking in the glow of a friggin crazy night. I got to cross off a couple of bucket list items. Attended an @nba #nbafinals, got a @nyknicks W in said finals, and witnessed the #nyknickstakover first hand. The @frostbankcenter was @thegarden south west chapter last night. Shouts to all the #nyknicks faithful strangers that I got to dap up, especially the little big man who was amped after the W. Reminded me of @babylilisworld. I used to a delusional believer, now I'm a true believer. 2 more Ws and a long time dream just might be a reality. In my daughter's lifetime (and mine for that matter duh) we might get to witness a @nyknicks championship. Scroll left to see what a beautiful night it was.
