I recently did a live All Vinyl "Original's" Set for DJ City and I was inspired. The last time I did something like that was when I made "Nonstop" over 10 years ago. In between then and now music has evolved, but I've always had this thing with searching for the music that makes OUR music. So here it is the next mixtape in the "original series" - STILL NONSTOP.

About an hour and a Half of Music - Recorded Live, no re-edits, one shot, no effects. Flawfully imperfect goodness. Every song recorded I have on vinyl -I think y'all gonna be suprised at some of the gems in the stash.

As always with my new releases this is will be delivered to you on Limited Edition Cassette USB , with the mixtape offered as one long MP3, and tracked also out in WAV format for optimum quality. . While USPS does it's thing, you GET a Digital DL of the mixtape to tie you over for IMMEDIATE Download.

How the landscape of DJing has changed in these last 20 years. You can get music at the speed of your wifi, clicking a link on a computer screen and you don't even have to leave the comforts of your own home. I love it.

Still though, I remember my days carrying 2 tons of vinyl, getting my fingers dusty and coughing up a lung, searching for months in record stores just to
find that perfect beat. Best believe...I love that too.

So now I present to you this mixtape.
STILL NONSTOP - Original Live Part 2.

A nice little ode to an art form that is getting appreciated less and less in this day of mp3s, auto sync and cue points.

This is a mix that returns to something I loved doing and STILL love doing - collecting vinyl, finding original samples - the building blocks of my favorite
hip hop songs, putting it back together with my own aesthetic, and performing it LIVE.

This was recorded in one shot - no cue buttons to push, no relative mode to stop the needle skips... and if its not on wax, it's not on this tape. No Do overs ,
like it used to be...
